Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Jet Of America (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Marketplace
Jet Of America operates a marketplace that connects travelers with FAA Part 135 certificated air carriers and aircraft operators. Flights are operated by independent operators, not by Jet Of America. We are not a direct or indirect air carrier.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
4. Quotes, Bookings & Payments
- Quotes are estimates from operators and subject to availability.
- Bookings are confirmed only after operator acceptance and payment.
- Cancellation and refund terms are set by the operating carrier.
- Payments are processed through our PCI-compliant payment provider; we do not store full card data.
5. Memberships
Membership benefits are described at enrollment. Memberships renew until cancelled in your account.
6. Acceptable Use
- No fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized automation.
- No content that infringes IP or violates export controls.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy & Data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Air transportation is provided solely by the operating carrier.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jet Of America's aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) fees paid to us in the prior 12 months, or (b) USD $100.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
